  • More than 3 years solid sales experience in online key account management;
  • Basic understanding on online environment and develop the different business unit sales strategy.
  • Lead and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to implement business strategy under our principle.
  • Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales target/P&L/KPIs and all relevant organisational goals and implications.
  • Optimise trade spending in assigned categories, tracking of ROI and continued improvement of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates good negotiation, planning and execution skills in daily operation.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills, able to embrace change in FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE TEAM

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the development of business with major eCommerce customers. It includes all activities that lead to the increased distribution, exposure, and trade promotions by evaluating business development opportunities and gaining the customers support to pursue these. This role will develop an effective business relationship with all relevant people at each customer.
The Key Account Manager is to achieve sales targets of the customer by developing business with a profitable Profit and Loss, analysing their performance, creating customer plans, following promotional implementation, negotiating contracts terms and joint business plans, managing the budget assigned and placing promotional orders etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Core external customers: 5Z, mainly for business management of direct outlet from Australia to Chinese.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth servicing of our retail accounts, across Swisse China marketing, finance, operations, sales demand, supply chain, R&D etc.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans.
  • Effectively manage promotional programs designed to maximise sales volume and profitability for the business.
  • Manage and evaluate co-op investment to deliver the highest return on investment possible for both H&H and the customer.
  • Liaising with our operations team in relation to product forecasting.
  • Maintain our price list and product range lists and collate new line forms.
  • Develop retailer and internal presentations as required.
