Description:
EDUCATION
- Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred. Degree in Recreation, Education, Child and Youth Care, Social Work or equivalent combination of alternative education, training and experience.
- Must be qualified to be assigned as Licensed Manager under Community Care Licensing requirements.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in managing multiple Childcare Programs with ages 0-12 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a formal leadership role in a related field.
- Class 4 Driver’s License is an asset.
- Experience working in a CARF accredited organisation is an advantage.
