We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OD Lead. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and implementation of learning experiences that foster a growth mindset and enable leaders to drive culture change.
- A seasoned OD professional with extensive demonstrated experience in a similar role in a large complex system.
- Proven history of success in designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development, learning and development and talent management programs.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
