BHS Logistics is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who can drive growth, foster key relationships, and lead our sales teams in all locations to new heights. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Drive growth and apply structure to sales efforts
- Build and lead teams effectively
- Strong industry experience with a track record in operations
- Experience in pharma transport is a plus
- Proficient IT skills and a proactive approach to digitalization
- Positive, forward-thinking, and able to execute strategies
- Willingness to travel abroad for sales initiatives
Responsibilities:
As the CCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and structure sales across activities in all countries
- Take full P&L responsibility for sales
- Develop a sustainable topline growth strategy
- Manage key accounts and lead the sales team across multiple countries
- Create and execute an ambitious sales strategy in line with our values
- Set new standards for marketing
- Handle sales budget, reporting, and KPIs
- Work with complex customer standards and agreements
- Report directly to the COO and play a key role in the management group
- Contribute to shaping the sales department and collaborate closely with operational managers
