Description:
Responsibilities:
- Application deployment and level 1&2 support during SIT, UAT and production implementation for the core banking system of the bank (for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa).
- Follow UAT issues and enquiries from business users until their appropriate closure (incident communication, root cause analysis and permanent resolution).
- Engagement with development teams on a regular basis. Appropriate escalation of critical queries.
- Monitoring of batches to ensure that any incident is solved in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and improve DevOps tools.
- Maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications.
- Prepare and maintain installation instruction documents, technical procedures and release procedures.
- Act as point of contact for assigned release activities and Coordinate with various contributors from End Users, Application development and support to production services for smooth roll-out of the releases worldwide
