QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nitec or diploma in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the security systems industry.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in cabling and installation techniques.
• Willingness and ability to learn and service other security systems, such as card access and intercoms.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attend to service calls, perform maintenance, and repair security systems, including CCTV, card access, and intercoms, at client premises across Singapore.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular performance maintenance checks to ensure the optimal functioning of security systems.
• Assist with cabling and installation tasks for various security systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on service activities and address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Professionally represent the company at all times, maintaining a neat and presentable appearance.
