Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As CDT Administrator, you will provide proactive administrative support for the current SENSE CDT working closely with the CDT Co-Director in the School of GeoSciences and the CO-Director and Administrator based at the University of Leeds. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to work closely with students, academic staff and other professionals, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and able to demonstrate excellent judgement and initiative. You will be working within a busy annual cycle and your ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks will be essential to your success in this role. Our ideal candidate has relevant administrative experience, is comfortable working independently and as part of a team and can demonstrate an excellent track record of delivering work to a high standard.
The role is based in the Grant Institute, King’s Buildings.
This post is part-time (21 hours per week).
