Description:

Delivery of HR Annual plan in line with EMEA and Country/Company HR strategy to drive individual and organizational goals, and drive HR processes and service in line with Business & Functions objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Key HR Processes and Services for Canon Emirates organization – Talent Acquisition, Induction & Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits and Exit Management.
  • Coach and Partner with Business/Functional Heads and People Managers to deliver right employee experience by incorporating best practices.
  • Design and drive local HR initiatives and policies that support the regional strategies focused on Employee Engagement and Retention.
  • Be the Key Point of Contact for Canon Emirates team and manage employee relations, policies, and benefit administration.
  • Drive Performance Management with timely objective setting and KPI reviews.
  • Responsible for identifying and supporting the onboarding of right partners and agencies for recruitment, outsourcing and trainings by running the tender processes along with Procurement.
  • Design and Process HR Monthly Dashboard
