As the Cell Therapy Business Development Specialist you will have the chance to collaborate with a passionate cross-divisional CGT team and play a key role in the expansion of our BioProduction CCCT Cell Therapy business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of sales success in the life sciences industry
  • Strong understanding of cell therapy market trends and competitors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within the NA-West region

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth of Cell Therapy products portfolio in the NA-West region
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan for the region to drive Cell Therapy initiatives and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer adoption
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers to establish strong relationships
  • Use technical expertise and internal resources to drive and support customer adoption of our Cell therapy manufacturing products and technologies
  • Partners closely with Cell Therapy product management to drive commercial strategy, initiatives and NPI activities across commercial teams within region
  • Owns regional CT SFDC pipeline, opportunity and forecasting
  • Represents CCCT/BPG Cell Therapy business at key CGT conferences
  • Communicates the voice of customer and market intelligence back to business unit(s)
