Then come join the Team at Bimbadgen We are eagerly recruiting for a full-time position Cellar Door Manager. This a great opportunity in one of the best Cellar Doors in the Hunter in a dynamic and engaging leadership role.
Our ideal candidate will be a passionate and energetic individual who can hit the ground running as the Cellar Door Manager. This hands-on role is integral to the operations of the Cellar Door by delivering exceptional service, boosting wine sales and wine club sign ups, supporting casual cellar door employees, and ensuring operational requirements are met.
The role is also responsible for the day-to-day management of our Pizzeria immediately adjacent to the cellar door. The Pizzeria operates 7 days per week with extended hours over the weekend period providing a more casual offering to ESCA Restaurant upstairs.
You will also lead your team and be responsible for delivering an exceptional wine tasting experience along with engaging and attentive customer service within these areas. To be successful in this role you should have outstanding customer service, a passion for wine and tourism and strong desire to grow your knowledge of the industry.
