Description:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital inbound marketing strategy to increase Cellcolabs’ online presence and drive brand awareness.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to reach target audiences and generate leads.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results

Cellcolabs is a biotech impact start-up on a mission to disrupt healthcare as we know it through advanced cell therapies. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) have shown groundbreaking potential to cure and treat a myriad of diseases and ailments. Through efficient, large-scale production of MSCs, Cellcolabs fuels the advancement of MSC cell therapies – to ultimately improve global health.

You will report to both our CMO and Commercial Director, you will be a key player in elevating our brand presence and advancing global healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital inbound marketing strategy to increase Cellcolabs’ online presence and drive brand awareness.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to reach target audiences and generate leads.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Plan and create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Personalize and optimize frequency of messaging and content based on CRM data and triaging.
  • Manage a digital marketing intern and direct the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing-, commercial-, and medical teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to digital marketing efforts.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve messaging performance and setup processes for iteration.

Conversion Optimization:

  • Drive engagement throughout the funnel to nurture leads and encourage deeper involvement with our brand.
  • Implement strategies that guide our audience through their journey, ensuring they receive valuable information and support at each stage.
  • Understand long-term customer relationships and high lifetime value.

Customer Engagement:

  • Work closely across teams to create marketing materials that resonate with our audience.
  • Ensure top-level customer experience during digital interactions and online activities.
  • Follow up with feedback and surveys to continuously improve our customer engagement strategies.
