DESCRIPTION
Industry experience in wireless system software architecture and engineering. In-depth knowledge of 3GPP LTE and NR technologies with emphasis on RAN2, CT and SA standards. Familiarity with RAN1 standards is a plus. Experience in analyzing cellular KPIs, 3GPP conformance and carrier certification requirements, field performance data and generating cellular protocol stack software requirements to implement new features, optimization and enhancements Demonstrated ability to write thoughtful, maintainable code Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands on experience in embedded system software development.
- Strong Software Engineering skills including design, programming (using C, C++), scripting and debugging
- Demonstrated ability to write thoughtful, maintainable code
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience in cellular protocols or wireless software development is a plus
- Experience in Access Stratum is a strong plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering of related discipline
