QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years working in an office-based setting
- Previous experience in an Case Management/Family Support related position preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software
- Ability to communicate effectively
Responsibilities:
- Assist with training and hiring of new staff into a program.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Coordinate services, staffing, and other changes that impact clinic services.
- Complete work with composure/tact.
- Adherence to policies/procedures and according to all processes.
- Assisting parents and providers with all needs/connecting them to other support if outside of staff’s ability to assist.
- *This role is expanding & expected to lead to growth within the company at this location.
