QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years working in an office-based setting
  • Previous experience in an Case Management/Family Support related position preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training and hiring of new staff into a program.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Coordinate services, staffing, and other changes that impact clinic services.
  • Complete work with composure/tact.
  • Adherence to policies/procedures and according to all processes.
  • Assisting parents and providers with all needs/connecting them to other support if outside of staff’s ability to assist.
  • *This role is expanding & expected to lead to growth within the company at this location.
