Games of chance have been around since ancient times! At Betsson Group, we have already stepped into the future and looking for our next Gaming Release and Testing Coordinator to join our Central Gaming Team!
Working within the Central Gaming team, you will be working for and supporting the Senior Gaming Requirements Manager, you will endeavour to ensure Betsson always has the best range of error free content available in the market to offer our customers in each Region across our B2C and B2B business. In this role, you will set the standard and refuse to settle for ‘ad-hoc’ implementation, or poorly planned thought through ideas and as always execution is everything.

  • You will support the project teams in Testing and post-launch services for our Content.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Department and assist with Gaming related compliance requirements.
  • Work with other parts of the business so that we have a clear understanding of their product roadmaps and how these developments will impact current projects and development plans.
  • Work with our internal Support Teams and External Suppliers, troubleshooting and liaising on issues with Content to get them fixed in a timely manner in the pre-project launch phase.
  • Support in the execution of Testing and Quality Assurance of Central Gaming Content Projects, ensuring that we maintain adequate reports of all issues across all Regions and Brands, suggesting improvements to testing procedures and test scripts to reduce future issues.
  • Support the Senior Gaming Requirements Manager in the execution of rolling out technical projects on new tools, tool/product improvements, tool/product decommissioning or other projects required by the company.
  • Assisting in the Execution of a full testing cycle on providers on all devices and detailed logging and escalations of all issues encountered in the pre-project launch phase.
  • Regular monitoring of our key user experience flows, issue/bug escalation and follow up until resolution and/or backlog addition.
  • Assist the Central Gaming team with the day to day and ad-hoc tasks and be a technical point of reference for all internal and external gaming related queries.
