We’re on the lookout for upbeat, motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and customer service to serve as the digital face of our dealerships in creating lasting impressions for our guests!
Responsibilities include promptly addressing and directing inbound calls. While previous call center experience is preferred, we’re ready to train those who have passion and drive to succeed. Training is paid!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles such as finance, automotive, marketing, etc. and de-escalating guest concerns
  • Professional Demeanor: Professional and friendly demeanor is essential for creating a positive impression on callers and representing the company in a professional manner.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct inbound phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Represent a friendly and supportive presence to callers, ensuring a positive interaction.
  • Assist in sales or service campaigns by conducting outbound calls as needed.
  • Engage in continuous training sessions and adhere to established company processes.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with peers and remote teams, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Employ effective problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions.
