The Role: Central Supply Planner
What will you do?
- Supporting PACIFIC Business Profitable Growth Ambitions (service level & Inventory Profit)
- Priority focus on Inventory optimization operations, rebalancing, scrapping, Unhealthy stock control, product life cycle operations, offer optimization, Master data quality, Digitization acceleration
- To support the Supply Chain Team to achieve business objectives by leading and participating in analysis and improvement projects
- Optimize our cash generation with close collaboration with the Pacific supply planners and Offer Managers
- The team is responsible for finished goods logistics in the Pacific Zone. The role is semi-autonomous, with the incumbent expected to identify and explore issues and opportunities within the areas of team responsibility
- Contribute to ease attain Productivity ambitions through proper roadmap and control on initiatives driven by central supply planning about the reduction of Inventory Excesses and provision
- Reinforcement of the Controls in Place for Product discontinuation and offer simplification initiatives
- Reinforcement and optimization of the partnership with Factories and Vendors, Regional Supply planning, transformation Replenishment and Global supply chain teams
- Drive actions toward Inventory optimization, proactive unhealthy stock mitigation, and Unhealthy stock reduction
- Secure Master data quality governance – support parameters optimization, audits, Master data accuracy, proactive controls, and process improvements to simplify operations
- Fully responsible for rebalancing governance by coordinating and managing the E2E process, continuously improving SLAs, securing clear communication and escalations and securing an improvement YoY
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent plus APICS or similar Industry standard - master’s degree or above and Engineering preferred
- Strong Analytical skills (Advanced in Excel – Digital – large amount of data)
- Advanced communication skills
- Experience in ERP supply chain modules – SAP and Kinaxis knowledge – Highly regarded
- Experience in Large complex supply chain companies, in a multi-site, high-reference business
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Supply chain area
- Ability to influence and convince (Strategic) – Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of energy in fast-paced environments
