Description:
- Seeking an experienced Centre Manager with proven success in similar role.
- Iconic retail asset located just outside of the CBD.
- Up to $175k package.
Responsibilities:
- Directly liaise with the owner regarding management, marketing, leasing and operational activities.
- Preparing and implementing the centre’s annual income and expenditure budget, business plan, marketing plan and monthly reports.
- Ensuring financial targets are achieved and arrears are followed.
- Maintain sinking fund and prepare income, likely expenditure and probable balance.
- Actively participate in all areas of leasing including advertising, seeking tenants, rent reviews, collection of figures and reconciliations.
- Ensure that all operations and maintenance undertaken in the centre conforms to the Workplace Health and Safety Legislative requirements and risk managements are in place.
- Preparation and delivery of presentations to various stakeholders and interested parties as required
- Develop strong networks with Local Council, Local resident and community groups
- Constant awareness of all presentation aspects of the Centre, committing to daily walk throughs, internally and externally.
- Acting as a personal coach to each direct report in your team, setting specific performance objectives and targets.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong market knowledge and proven success in a Centre Management position. You will operate with high ethical standards, always ensuring compliance to laws and legislations.
You will act with integrity and pride, maintaining strong working relationships with all colleagues and stakeholders, conducting open, constructive and collaborative communication. High level financial acumen, commercial intelligence and negotiation skills will also be required.
