Description:

Singapore Brain Development Centre was established in 2005 and stands as one of the pioneer centres providing cognitive-developmental training to help children succeed in life. Brain Training, Sensory Integration, and more!
We are looking for meticulous, outgoing and confident individuals to assist in the running of the learning centre’s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role requires leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that our centre operates smoothly and service delivered is of exceptional quality.
2. Handle client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
3. Supervise and mentor centre staffs, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to coordinate services and achieve organisational goals.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
6. Oversee the implementation of new initiatives, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
7. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
8. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost-saving measures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience. Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, Results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on weekends.
