Come lead our friendly Porirua team! As an experienced manager, you will run the day-to-day operations of our busy centre. With your knowledge and expertise, guide and inspire your team to deliver the best outcomes for our valued customers.
- Provide leadership and direction to all staff using effective communication that engages the team positively
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed both KPIs and BPIs (balanced performance indicators) in areas such as customer service, product sales and other business objectives
- Ensure all product income levels are achieved in line with centre contribution reports
- Ensure all administrative and operating functions are completed daily, particularly cash handling/daily banking and NZTA daily batching etc
- Be responsible for induction, training and development, performance management of all centre staf
