REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualification – CA(SA), Investment management, MBA or Actuarial qualification would be preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience within the Investment industry in leading specialist investment teams and capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of the Asset Management industry, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics both locally and globally.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive consensus across diverse teams.

ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of the CEO: Asset Management (Own capabilities), is to set the strategy for and oversee Asset Management (own capabilities) globally with a focus on growing AUM and increasing revenue margins in a sustainable manner. This focus requires the integration and scaling of all related capabilities and products within Momentum Investments to deliver attractive value to all stakeholders, including shareholders, staff and clients.
