REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven ability to manage a sales team successfully.
- Familiarity with the Chinese immigration market, with a deep understanding of its characteristics and demands.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients at different levels.
- Strong team spirit and leadership skills, able to motivate team members and drive business growth.
- Strong market analysis and forecasting abilities, able to adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics.
- Good stress tolerance and problem-solving skills, able to effectively cope with challenges in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the Chinese immigration market to promote the company’s products and services in Singapore.
- Formulate sales plans, set sales targets, and oversee the team to achieve expected sales performance.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring team members are well-informed about the company’s products, familiar with the sales process, and equipped with necessary sales skills.
- Guide the sales team in communicating with potential clients, establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate with clients to close sales contracts and assist with related contractual matters.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and suggestions on marketing to optimize sales strategies.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing activities to enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the Chinese immigration market.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market dynamics, providing relevant data and suggestions to the management to support business development decisions.
