Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be well-versed in funeral services of different religions, races, and dialects
- Candidate must have an educational certificate in funeral rites, customs or equivalent.
- Able to carry out funeral customaries based on local cultural traditions
- Must be experienced in funeral service emcee
- Must be experienced in managing a company
- At least 10 years experience in the funeral industry
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads a team of executives to consider major decisions
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines
- Be on-site to assist in funerals
- Responsible for the overall manpower planning, deployment and scheduling, coordination, and supervision of the operation department
- Check staff grooming and ensure that all staff is well groomed
- Keeps track and records the workers’ skills and competency
