Description:
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year relevant ESG sustainability programs experience
- Highly motivated and excellent written and analytical skills
- Excellent research skills, including experience using Refinitiv, Bloomberg and other ESG data platforms
- Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- An open mind and willingness to learn
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ESG Associate/Analyst will be based in Singapore and will report the Director of ESG for APAC and MEA. The ESG Associate/Analyst will operate with the following responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the ESG COE team in supporting transaction teams and clients in preparation of ESG transactions
- Conduct company research and prepare information material on sustainability programs of companies, presenting them in client-ready power point presentations and or other formats as required for the engagement
- Conduct research on relevant global standards for ESG-compliant transactions and associated metrics to measure, monitor and report on ESG impact
- Conduct research on reputational risk issues associated with transactions with environmental, social and political sensitives
- Support the development of internal expertise on ESG via knowledge acquisition and dissemination by managing knowledge repository and various internal platforms to establish knowledge database
- Work with DB’s communications team to support external communications vis-à-vis ESG credentials and experiences of DB
- Work on financial models and economic models in the structuring of ESG transactions, including the selection of ESG KPIs and preparation of ESG impact/results frameworks
- Assist the ESG COE team to coordinate any ESG related matters as appropriate
