YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Certification Manager to join our team! As a Certification Manager you will be responsible for the validation and verification of our carbon farming project against offsetting standards such as ISO 14064-2, Verra VM0042 and Scope 3 standards like the GHGP and SBTI. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project meets the rigorous requirements of these standards, thereby facilitating their successful certification and enabling us to maximize their environmental impact.

You will manage the validation and ex post verification process for Klim’s carbon farming projects, including Verra VM0042 and other relevant standards.

• You will develop and implement certification strategies and timelines to ensure timely and successful project certification, identify innovative approaches to maximize project environmental impact and align with the requirements of the respective standards.
• You will conduct thorough reviews of project documentation to ensure compliance with certification standards and requirements, and will draft and edit new certification reporting documents (Project Description Documents, GHG Reports, etc).
• You will provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the certification process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
• You will serve as a primary point of contact for certification bodies and auditors, coordinating site visits, audits, and other certification-related activities.
