About our role: As a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimising our Salesforce platform to support our institution’s student recruitment, admissions and student record processes. You will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, customise Salesforce to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth functioning of our support service operations.

Administer and configure Salesforce to meet the unique requirements of our higher education institution, including but not limited to managing lead and applicant data, recruitment, admissions and student record processes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within Salesforce.
Customise Salesforce to support the admissions process, including managing prospective student information, application tracking, and enrolment management.
Provide training and ongoing support to faculty, staff, and administrators on Salesforce usage, ensuring they can effectively utilise the platform for their specific needs.
Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other systems used within the institution, such as learning management systems or student information systems.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular data audits, and implement data quality and governance measures specific to the higher education environment.
