• STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATIONIn close cooperation with our CEO, you will define and implement the divisional strategy. You will be responsible for all financial processes within the division, including financial planning, reporting and risk management.
• EFFICIENT USE OF CAPITAL AND COMPLIANCEYou will ensure that the capital employed is used profitably and efficiently (e.g. for investments). You are responsible for ensuring that the division’s financial status is reported to Greiner AG in accordance with IFRS. You ensure compliance with legal, tax and financial regulations within the division.
• M&AYou will support the divisional M&A projects in close cooperation with Greiner AG.
• FUNCTIONAL EXCELLENCE IN THE SUBORDINATE CFO FUNCTIONSIn close cooperation with the responsible functions at Greiner AG, you will drive the continuous development of functional excellence and digitalization in the departments and work together with the functions reporting indirectly to the CFO on the standardization and continuous improvement of processes. You provide clear guidelines to the more than 20 local sites worldwide.
• CLOSE COORDINATION WITH CFO GROUP FUNCTIONS OF GREINER AGYou are proactively in close coordination with the CFO of Greiner AG and the finance department of Greiner AG in order to effectively coordinate Group-wide initiatives and implement them in your own area of responsibility (division). This includes regular exchange and close coordination with the Finance, Controlling, Legal, Tax and IT departments.
• DIGITAL STRATEGY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENTYou will develop and coordinate the implementation of a holistic digital strategy for the division. Your area of responsibility includes the establishment and continuous improvement of a state-of-the-art Project Management Office (PMO)
