A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the company for an interim opportunity. The CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Manage accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades
• Develop improvements to ensure the integrity of a company’s financial information
• Maintain relationships with investors and investment institutions
• Recognize and manage business risks and insurance requirements
• Strategically manage the Accounting and Finance functions
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
• Strong written and verbal skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior accounting/finance position
• Proficiency in accounting software and other computer software
