REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business Administration
  • Understanding of operational processes and structures
  • Ability to present complex commercial issues in an understandable way
  • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
  • Business English fluent, both written and spoken
  • Experience in tax issues
  • Basic legal knowledge, in particular contract law
  • Knowledge of HGB/IFRS accounting and financial reporting
  • Detailed and application knowledge of SAP FiCo (profit center)
  • Basic SAP skills (MM, SD)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Technical understanding

Responsibilities:

  • Management of accounting (financial accounting), controlling and local IT (+ local purchasing, if applicable)
  • Further development and implementation of corporate planning
  • Responsibility for the further development and implementation of corporate and operational controlling
  • Development of meaningful KPls
  • Preparation of reporting and variance analyses
  • Ensuring of group reporting with fixed reporting deadlines
  • Processing and evaluation of strategic offers/contracts
  • Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HOB and IFRS
  • Intercompany pricing
  • Liquidity planning and monitoring of NWC etc.
  • Product calculation
  • Management of European subsidiary companies (Switzerland, Finland and Germany) and ensuring consistent, standardized reporting
  • Commercial project work
  • Close cooperation with the divisional CFO and the central departments of the parent company
  • Management of the local IT infrastructure in coordination with the group CIO
  • (Management of local purchasing in coordination with the group CPO)
