The most suited candidate will have a keen interest in growing the business and extending it to the UK.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Experience of growing a business, growing connections within Ireland the UK
• Involving current employees and growing them as the business grows

• Driving the company’s financial planning
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments1.
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks1.
• Controlling and evaluating the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure1.
• Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations1.
• Supervising all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)1.
• Managing vendor relationships1.
• Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports1.
• Setting up and overseeing the company’s finance IT system1.
• Ensuring compliance with the law and company’s policies1.
• Managing team of financial controllers and financial analysts1.
