Description:
What will be your daily pursuit?:
The Food and Beverage Team Lead under general direction trains, schedules and directs frontline staff to perform their duties to Guest Experience standards.
Compensation:
The starting wage for this role is $17.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?:
- Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
- Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
- Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
- Supervising and supporting the on the floor
- Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory
- Update staffs schedule and changes
- Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
- Involved in the making of and receiving food orders
- Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
- Listen and respond to customer complaints
- Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times
- Relieve Servers as required
- Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
- Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
- Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
- Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated;
- Natural ability to lead a team
- Detail oriented with good communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel
- POS system experience is an asset
- Cash handling experience
- High volume experience
- Handle stress in a professional manner
- Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards

Responsibilities:
THIS FUN SUMMER ROLE RUNS FROM APRIL 29 TO OCTOBER 15, 2024!
- Typically, 5 days on/2 days off
- 6 days on/1 day off during Peak Periods
- No specific days off, can rotate over the weeks and depending on business level
- Long Weekends may incur schedule changes
- Expect 30 – 50+ hours per week depending on business levels

- Independent. You’ll spend your days in and around national parks.
- Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways and smog. Connect with friends around a bonfire instead of through WiFi
- Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
