The People & Culture team strives to create the best team member experience so our people drive business outcomes to help all Australians own their own homes. The division supports business partnering, payroll, culture, leadership, talent acquisition, learning, and change management.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience developing and implementing communication and training materials.
• Ability to present complex technical information into simple visual documents/one pagers
• Previous experience as a Change Analysis / Specialist is preferred, but not essential.
• Expert in Microsoft Suite – MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant industry body member e.g. Change Management Institute (not essential)
• Study or qualifications in Change Management (not essential)
