Description:

CONTRACTOR | APPLICATIONS CLOSE:

Due to a number of exciting customer transformation projects with the world’s biggest retailers, we are looking for a Change and Project Analyst.
In this role, you will support projects from proposals to planning, governance, facilitation, stakeholder management and more.
These projects have a strong focus on human-centred change management. Therefore, experience and understanding the way in which people change is crucial.
We are looking for a superstar with consultancy, project and change experience, preferably in retail.
This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3- 5 years of work experience, with a background in project delivery and/or change management delivery
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Training/accreditation/certification in business, change management or a related discipline such as psychology, communications, marketing or HR preferred
  • Retail background ideal but not necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the delivery of global, customer transformation projects
  • Research to support the development of business proposals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of change strategies, programs, projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Multi-task and prioritise on a daily basis to deliver on tasks
  • Take initiative and be able to problem solve
  • Communicate on a regular basis with clients via email, phone, virtual, and face to face
  • Brief and prepare stakeholders to support the design and development of change communications, training plans and workshops
  • Create, maintain, and update project schedules to timeline and budget
  • Proactively own and follow up to ensure all deliverables are actioned
