Responsibilities:

PLEASE NOTE THAT IS OPPORTUNITY IS A 12 MONTHS CONTRACT ROLE.

The Change Integration Consultant leads the integration of both technical and business solutions into Operations. They are responsible for consulting on intake requests, assessing operational impact, creating repeatable lean processes, establishing best practice standards, supporting change management, providing training and ensuring the successful operationalization of mid to large sized projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and consult on projects that require operational solution design
  • Lead business solution projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Manage and coordinate teams to support operationalization.
  • Complete analysis and assess impact to Operational processes and teams (volumes/effort)
  • Collaborate with knowledge management experts, lean process design experts and others to ensure operational best practices are in place and followed.
  • Partner with operations to identify and represent operational improvement ideas (ex. Automation opportunities, process improvements, enhancements).
  • Create process flows and process maps to support our target state service design
  • Develop process documentation or work with technical writers to build processes in support of Operations
  • Support change management activities to ensure operational readiness of process changes
  • Develop and plan operationalization strategies
  • Train operational staff on process changes that may result from business or technology solutions
