Description:
SUMMARY
Cyclotron is looking for a Change Leadership specialist (full time employee) within our Employee Experience practice to help our clients successfully navigate change. The Change Leadership specialist will be responsible for the project-level change leadership plans and outcomes that maximize employee adoption and usage for our clients’ strategic initiatives. This person will provide change leadership expertise in accordance with Cyclotron and industry best practices and will work collaboratively across stakeholder groups to ensure coordination and alignment. This person will work in the consulting environment providing change leadership solutions and services around Microsoft products to small - large enterprise companies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 – 5 years leading change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans to achieve business outcomes
- IT / Microsoft experience
- Experience developing and implementing solid change plans to achieve business value
- Ability to interact with project team members of the client’s organization and gain alignment on change activities
- Clear communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate with client subject matter experts for validating / updating communications and /or training content
- Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning and execution
- Experience with a variety of technical change efforts
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently
- Ability to manage and execute change activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Big 4 consulting experience a plus
- Change management certification or designation a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments and summarize results
- Develop change leadership strategies
- Develop stakeholder engagement / communication plans
- Develop communications per established plan, as needed
- Develop training content including user guides, job aids, videos, or other support resources, as applicable
- Facilitate Instructor-Led Training sessions
- Work closely with your client partner(s) to execute change leadership plans, including communication distribution and training delivery
- Establish and maintain a change network, if applicable
