We are looking for Change Management / Learning and Development practitioners at junior and mid-career levels to work in a high performing, collaborative team for Canberra’s fastest growing professional services firm.
We have multiple positions available are looking for people who are:

- At a consultant, senior consultant or manager level.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Synergy Change Management Practice, you will be supported on your development journey and also contribute to the team’s goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Change Practice Leadership to improve the professionalisation and capability of the change management practice.
We are looking for Organisational Change Management practitioners with experience in workplace learning and development at the junior - mid level to work in a fun, collaborative and high performing team environment. Our teams deliver organisational change management solutions that are co-designed, practical and comprehensive. Ideally, we are looking for OCM practitioners who have Government experience and who have been involved in:
- Programs or projects providing the client with a complete change management solution from planning to sustainment
- Applying change principles, processes, behaviours, and skills necessary to effectively prepare impacted stakeholders for change for a complex project and/or program
- Designing, planning, and delivering end-to-end change management solutions, utilising co-design and based on regular client engagement
- Analysing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Producing change management deliverables to a high standard and on time.
