Description:
Position: Adoption & Change Management Architect / Consultant (Microsoft 365 Co-pilot)
Location: Australia / New Zealand (Remote)
Employment Type: Freelance/ Consulting
Duration: 6 months Full time contract (Extendable)
Position Summary: We are seeking dynamic and experienced Change Architects and Consultants to lead the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients’ organisations. This role involves developing and executing tailored change management strategies to facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.
Experience: Overall 10 to 15 years of experience and 3 to 6 years of professional, progressive experience in change management is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong process orientation and familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Detailed understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- A working knowledge of large-scale technological implementations
- Brings a strong professional presence in all environments
- Experience creating, leading, facilitating, and training virtual and in-person training
- Experience creating and supporting communication and change management plans
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills. The ability to effectively influence stakeholders/project teams and to be well-skilled in both oral and written communication is required
- Strong understanding of AI and technology adoption in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
