Responsibilities:
Are you a talented Change Management Analyst seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts “People First”? We have a new position available that will support the change project via assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the program and sub-projects.
The position manages stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
Thiess is the largest contract miner in the world and has recently acquired industry leading contractors MACA Mining and PYBAR Mining. This role is a foundational position within the Thiess integration team and will work initially on the ERP Integration project. While the role is offered on a one year Max-term contract with potential to extend, in the long term we are building a world class team of change professionals, and proven ability to deliver could lead to a long term career supporting Thiess as it continues to grow in the world mining industry.
