JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Change Management and User Experience Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and enhancing the overall user experience across our global organization. This position requires a deep understanding of change management principles and a keen eye for user-centered design, aiming to improve both internal processes and customer satisfaction. As you focus on the people side of change, you will be responsible for creating and implementing components of the overall change strategy and design and delivery of the plans.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Responsibilities:
- Change Management – develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and support.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps and user flows to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the user-centered design principals are applied.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and foster a collaborative environment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes, user research findings, and UX design artifacts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human-Computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrable experience in change management and user experience analysis.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and UX design principals.
