Description:

High Tide Inc. is looking for a Change Management Consultant to plan, design, and execute the change management activities in support of the transition to a Single Integrated Operating Model (SIOM) and the integration and implementation of a new ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As the Change Consultant, you will report to the PMO and our internal ERP implementation project manger working closely with internal stakeholders, our system integrator, and other consultants with significant roles in the effort to achieve a successful transformation across multiple business lines and international geographies. This implementation is expected to introduce significant change to the current business operating models, workflows and processes and technology currently used by moving to “vanilla” processes provided by the new ERP.
Working with leaders and employees across all functional disciplines, geographies, and business units you will be responsible for all aspects of change management activities Your ability to create and nurture business relationships will be crucial to ensure that changes are understood, accepted, and implemented by affected employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change strategy, implementation management plans, design and deliver change activities with appropriate tasks and timelines and manage transitions from multiple ERPs and applications into a consolidated SIOM and central ERP platform to ensure adoption of required changes with training (and requisite material) and coaching of affected employees.
  • Recommend potential organizational changes that will support and enhance the new SIOM enabling the benefits to be realized of the ERP consolidation efforts.
  • Define, track and manage the performance benefits measurements for the PMO.
  • Apply a structured change process and methodology to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiatives.
  • Assess the change impact – conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders, plan change activities accordingly.
  • Identify, design, and deliver requisite training requirements in conjunction with our system integrator and other consultants.
  • Support and deliver change, communications, and engagement activities.
  • Measure effectiveness of change strategies and plan. Adapting plans to ensure the effectiveness of the change approach meets expected results.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Provide activity updates for reporting into the PMO.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of successful change management experience including demonstrated success supporting ERP transformations and transition to a SIOM in complex environments.
  • Experience delivering change, communications, and training activities in a company wide ERP implementation across geographically dispersed and dynamic environments.Knowledge and working application of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a track record in the application of these methodologies to deliver business outcomes
  • -practical experience and familiarity with change management tools such as PROSCI and ADKAR are an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project) and fluency in collaboration tools such as Smartsheet and ClickUp; experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment is an asset.
  • Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant area.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
