• The Change Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and operational programs within Enterprise Risk line of business
• This role involves managing projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful business outcomes, and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• The individual will manage project budgets, track performance, provide insights and recommendations, and adhere to governance frameworks
• The project involves managing strategic initiatives and operational programs within the Enterprise Risk line of business
• Support execution of strategic initiatives and operational programs
• Manage projects from initiation to implementation
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Direct and manage team members
• Develop project plans and governance structures
• Monitor and control project deliverables
• Lead project meetings and governance forums
• Execute project requirements in governance frameworks
• Manage project budget and financial tracking

• 10+ years of project management related experience
• MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Expert

Change Management Consultant - Preferred Skills

• Consulting background (Big4, Accenture, etc.)
• Diverse project management experience
• Valid Project Management designation (asset)
• Experience with bank policies and project management frameworks (asset)
• Valid Project Management designation is an asset
