Change Management Lead is accountable for the successful delivery of Change and Communication (CCM) services for the Workday Deployment and other key P&O technology, supporting the deployment in the Countries. The role is accountable for the development and execution of a change and engagement plan (including supporting comms) and to manage the central CCM team as well as Regional/Country CCM coordinators across all project phases. It ensures full integration and alignment with global CCM guidelines to support change management in local organizations.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support Countries to pull through and distribute all required CCM project deliverables
  • & mitigation of critical risks
  • Guidance and coordination of local change impact assessment
  • Ensure establishment, operations and effectiveness of change network in local organizations for each wave
  • Support the management of escalation process for local CCM project issues
  • Ensure global CCM service delivery to regions across all project phases
  • Own and facilitate Senior Country / P&O / IT stakeholders management and regional leadership interaction
  • Management of CCM regional resources & guidance and coordination of In-Country CCM coordinators
  • Ensure development and implementation of Global deployment communication strategy and drive local plans in alignment with global CCM and HCM Program
  • Leadership Coordination and monitoring of CCM activity planning and execution with Country
