Responsibilities:
Crown Resorts is seeking experienced Change Managers for 12-month fixed-term contracts to spearhead dynamic transformational endeavors.
As Change Manager, you’ll shape and execute change management plans across various workstreams. Your goal is to ensure Crown not only embraces but excels in change, driving sustainable transformations aligned with our vision of innovation and excellence. Collaborating closely with our business divisions and strategy team, you’ll deliver impactful projects across our Australian properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute change communication strategies that spark excitement and commitment throughout the organisation.
- Take the lead in developing cutting-edge training materials and delivering engaging training sessions that empower our teams.
- Leverage effective stakeholder engagement to foster unity in embracing change across the organisation.
