WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We have an opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our Human Resources team based in Mascot, to lead and drive our one dnata transformation! This is a fixed term role on a 12-month contract with potential to extend!
As the successful candidate, you will be a driven and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team!
You will work within a dynamic and successful team with the support of a strong management structure. You will be responsible for leading and driving our organization’s transformative initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful defining, delivering execution of projects aimed at driving organisational change and improving efficiency.
Playing a hands-on role you will work cross functionally to bring together a range of improvement initiatives across the business into a project management framework and support the successful execution of projects with the business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Monitor and report project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans, facilitating a smooth transition for employees during transformative initiatives. Address resistance and encourage adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees, to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify key initiatives, areas of improvement, and performance metrics. Utilise data-driven insights to align program and change agenda and inform decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimise disruptions.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project outcomes meet quality standards and provide tangible benefits to the organisation.
