We are looking to hire Change Manager to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross- functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Change Manager with extensive Project Manager experience.

  • Experience delivering change management activities
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage the staff impacts and other impacts caused by projects
  • Create actionable deliverable for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
  • Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand format
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience as a project manager is mandatory
