Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Change Manager for an exciting new project in the NZ govt. You will be joining a govt. agency for a 6-month contract.
Our client is launching a new digital tool which will cause significant change withing the sector. Your expertise will ensure quality delivery of this project.

This is a great opportunity to be in a project that will have a permanent positive impact on the sector. You will get to develop relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders within the sector & manage the User Acceptance Testing for end users of the upcoming system.

• Start date – 22 April
• 6-month hourly-rate contract
• $120 per hour

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Hold a degree or relevant qualification in change management and change processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Change Manager role.
• Able to provide personal examples of completed projects where you held the role of Change Manager.
• Experience with managing User Acceptance Testing for a previous digital product
• Previously worked in a government or public service organisation.
• Proficient with the MS Business Suite applications.
• Experience with Miro and Azure DevOps is ideal but not required.
  We are after someone agile, flexible, and resourceful who can deal with complex environments and deliver under pressure. You will be joining a fast-paced delivery team and so need to know how to contribute as part of a successful and driven team.
  In this role you will be working within the project team and reporting to the Project Leads. You will be working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Communications Advisor based in Wellington, as well as the Project Manager from a Data and Digital team.
