Description:

Are you a seasoned Change Manager prepared to spearhead transformative business processes? This property powerhouse is seeking a business process change manager on a 12-month temporary basis.
Role Overview: As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing change initiatives essential for the successful implementation of new business processes across their property management division. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, your responsibilities will include identifying impacted business processes, systems, and roles, while supporting stakeholder engagement to drive faster adoption and cultural alignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Process Change Manager
  • Change Management certification preferred
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex information in plain English
  • Proven ability to deliver results within project timeframes

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments
  • Develop change management strategies and integrate them into project plans
  • Produce actionable documents including change management plans, communications plans, and training plans
  • Coordinate change initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, adapting strategies when necessary
  • Identify and coach change champions, fostering a culture of active engagement
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Operate as a Change Analyst, supporting project managers and business analysts
  • Deliver results within agreed project timeframes
