To succeed in this role, you will be curious and have a desire to help others. You will have proven expertise in managing and implementing organisation-wide change or transferable expertise from another domain, with particularly strong experience in managing complex transformation projects. We anticipate you have a lot of experience dealing with key stakeholders and your natural ability to build relationships across the business are second to none. Additionally, your experience in the financial services sector and/or as part of a merger or acquisition will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the Enterprise Change team on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis where you will contribute to the successful adoption and delivery of change initiatives across our organisation. With locations in Adelaide, Toowoomba and Brisbane, the opportunities are endless!
In this role, you will be accountable for providing change management support to leaders and project teams. You will create a holistic view of change for impacted stakeholders and strive to develop and deliver appropriate change management and business readiness strategies, plans and interventions on assigned strategic and transformational projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Determining the change impact by identifying key stakeholders, assessing change readiness, identifying and developing strategies to ensure preparedness and acceptance of change.
  • Managing stakeholder communications and engagement by ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the change process.
  • Working collaboratively with the internal communications team to design, deliver and develop communications to assist with the implementation of the Communication Strategy.
  • Identifying the requirement for, and supporting the design and delivery of, training programs and other learning approaches to facilitate change.
  • Ensuring change related risks (people, operations, organisational) are within our desired risk appetite and managed accordingly within agreed risk frameworks.
  • Guiding, advising, and supporting leaders in promoting and deploying change management activities and interventions.
