Description:

Collaborate closely with the PMO to deliver multi-year projects of work in a dynamic environment under significant transformation across technology.
Your primary responsibility is to deliver change activities for IT projects and initiatives including change impact assessments, analysis, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful end user adoption.
You will support and work collaboratively with members of the Change Management Practice and wider PMO to engage, build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders to ensure strong business engagement.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing technology change across a geographically diverse workforce and is passionate, positive, and authentic in communicating with all levels of staff across an organisation.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in change management, with a focus on technology driven people change initiatives and projects, from project initiation through to successful change adoption
  • Professional qualifications/certification in Change Management or other relevant qualification (tertiary qualifications in business, technology, change management)
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in the application of Change Management Methodologies (CMBok, ADKAR, Prosci) and associated tools and templates
  • Experience developing engaging training plans, training material (such as end-user guides, factsheets and videos), planning and conducting training sessions in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Experience contributing to the development of business cases, project and resource plans, in conjunction with Business Analysts and Project Managers,
  • Sound understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management disciplines and how they are used to effectively deliver projects

Nice to have:

  • Experience utilising multi-media platforms to create videos, e-learning materials and visual guides and communications.
  • Experience working across a portfolio of programs and/or within a CMO/PMO function

This organisation has a hybrid model, with a general 2-3 days in the office approach and flexiibility for each person’s situation.
