EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems, management or similar fields is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 – 5 years of direct or indirect involvement in change management.
- Acted as the main coordinator within the process and ensured overall quality of the Change Management process.
- Contributed to successful change execution for both customer and IT organization.
Skill requirements

Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide change execution within their functional area.
- Act as a change leader in the organization.
- Receive and prioritize logs for all RFCs.
- Reject unnecessary RFCs.
- Table RFCs for CAB meetings.
- Assist in forming meeting agendas.
- Create and manage runbooks for Release activities.
- Coordinate Change implementation with relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with schedules for Pre-Authorized and Normal Changes.
- Review and approve changes and releases.
- Verify that implemented changes meet objectives.
- Request Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for failed changes.
- Prevent collisions between Releases.
- Own and manage PIRs for failed changes.
- Utilize ITSM Change Management tool for RFC review.
- Work with vested stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and education as needed.
- Collaborate with Release Assignees and Owners.
- Supervise “Change and Release” management based on ITIL best practices.
- Provide implementation and post-implementation support.
- Participate in Quality Review Boards and User Group Forums.
- Challenge the status quo.
- Generate weekly client reports.
- Provide monthly reports on failed changes and compliance.
- Obtain CAB approval for releases.
- Train LOBs on quality concerns and processes.
- Determine Emergency Change requirements.
- Escalate late release submissions and evaluate acceptance at CAB.
