QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, you most likely hold a degree in Business Administration, Communication or similar, which gives you a professional and pragmatic approach to your Change Management tasks. Furthermore, we expect that you:
- Good understanding of working with Organisational Change Management frameworks in projects and product teams (approaches, tools and phases)
- Prosci/CCMP certification or similar
- Experience in planning communication activities and managing stakeholders
- Working experience with Organisational Change Management in a handful of projects and/or have been supporting change in product teams - particularly in an international organisation
- Aspiration and enthusiasm and are striving to deliver tactical as well as operational results
- Are fluent in English verbally and in writing
Good to have skills:
- Practical understanding and experience working with Behavioural Science
- Experience with or good insight to Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with or good insight to Agile Change Management and Product Management
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Change Manager is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders, driving change initiatives and building a Change Agent community in an interesting and challenging Supply Chain Planning project. You will be part of a corporate-wide Organisational Change Management team and furthermore you will report directly to the Change Lead within Digital Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Transport & Quality where you will have an influential & hands-on change role.
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging effectively with all stakeholders to strengthen cross-organisational collaboration
- Be the primary Change Manager on the Supply Chain Planning project and support multiple product teams within Supply Chain, driving change strategies and taking responsibility for full business implementation, adoption and reinforcement
- Support to agile ways of working including becoming a product-oriented digital organisation
- Building a Change Agent community incl. OCM training, communication training and mobilisation
- Driving change communication in the project and product teams supporting collective and individual ADKAR journeys
- Defining and measuring benefit and adoption metrics and monitoring change progress
- Ensuring strong end-user understanding and facilitating continuous involvement of impacted employees
